I am still not getting anywhere with this. Is there a way to debug the plugin? To see what values are being passed and compared?

I am not sure that is it either. I try the forgot password on my own user, which I use to administer the site and I get the same error.

Thanks Chad. How do I change to the new version?
I am using the “[wpmem_form password]” shortcode.

And under the “New Feature Settings”, both “Legacy Password Reset” and “Legacy Login Error” are unchecked.
