    If you want to extend or change the plugin code, you are of course welcome to to do so.

    Our service, All Site Search, does not set any limitations on how you setup the search on your site. You can of course code and place the search box on any of your pages, using WordPress coding or simply put the box there using html.

    This is new to us. Never seen it before, neither have our customers. Maybe, you have just forgotten one of the settings for the plugin?

    Actually, we released a new version today and have tested it up to WP 3.9.1 without any problems. The new version has some additional help text that might help you.

    Hi rliston,

    We are sorry for the inconvenience.

    The reasons for your bad experience might be:

    * We had a major service upgrade during a whole week some time ago and maybe the service was unable to respond to your registration during that time.

    * It’s an automatic and free service and we try to set off as much time as possible for support. We receive hundreds of emails and some might fall “between the chairs”. Sorry for that.
