@papai40515 In the Twenty Twenty-Three theme there’s no single.php file, only single.html inside the Templates folder.
I would assume that file serves the same purpose, but again, I’m no developer so I wouldn’t know what to do with either file.
Would you be able to offer a specific solution that I could implement and see if that works?

@lordspace thank you for sharing that link. Unfortunately, I created the plugin with that code, installed it, but no clickable links.
