Great, thanks alot. Will have a check on my gallery plugins. The IPs are very similar all from two-three different locations, so could points towards it being a bot. Thanks again for your help.

For the modification of the related post thumbnail I guess that would be a custom code. I´ll have a look to see what I can find out about customizing it.
