This issue has happened twice now so the last two days we have had a WordPress automated email altering us to it.
Afraid were not sure how to reproduce it as it only seems to happen at a set time in the morning (around 7am – 8am) is when we get the alert.
Apart from that we can still log in using 2FA fine and everything else is working as intended.
