This is the same with all of my sites as well.

They just don’t expand.

OK. I have found a conflict in another plugin. Seems to be ok now.

Thanks @tamerax – but both of these ways don’t help. My clients site is still down.

@safronik Please help.

I need to know what other plugins may be conflicting with this configuration.

I can get into the WordPress CMS, I can also use the cPanel – but not confident in making sure the files are completely deleted (they don’t appear in the plugin folder), also don’t know how / where to reinstall the zip file!!

Thanks for your help @tamerax – I’m quietly pooping my pants right now!

HELP – this has happened to me to. The site is down as a result. I have deactivated it and still nothing.

THIS IS TERRIBLE.
