I want remove (HH:mm) I tried every thing but still can’t do this

and I want change size and color of this list box

and I want ask how if I want to put max time showing in leaving time field to 15:30 pm

so if employee come at 1 pm he will see leaving time 15:30 because its the max

if I put this equation it will show the time depending on the time I put in equation

what I want is to have time filed to make the employee enter their arrival time to work by them self then in another field show the leaving time automatically

for example :

1- employee come 7 am he will chose 7 am in the time filed then automatically in another field will show 2 pm to leave (7+7)

1- employee come 9 am he will chose 7 am in the time filed then automatically in another field will show 3 pm to leave (9+7)
