https://snipboard.io/woeBXG.jpg : here are my shipping zones. I desactivated “WBS” but it still works. So of course first thing I check was the WBS section as you suggest.
But as you can see, I don’t have Weight Based Shipping it the settings, only “legacy”. I don’t know what this is. As you say, I used to edit the rules by clicking here, but you can see this space is empty now: https://snipboard.io/hC7B8g.jpg
This is why I can’t edit the rules. If I could do something here, I would modify them like I used to, or delete them if your plugin is not effective anymore.
The thing is, my shipping rules can still be chosen when an order is made, however I can edit them or do anything. https://snipboard.io/Mh3u7n.jpg
Everything worked perfectly until your plugin become “legacy”, this is so frustrating. Can you please help ? This is driving me crazy :’)
