Hi Tobias,
I’ll do it now – report this problem to Muffin Group. It’s no good to change some “default” things into WP, I guess. Your plugin is really good – I’m new within, indeed – works fine, follow the good practices about WP plugin development. Could be foolish to change your plugin to solve for few time. In fact, the theme that needs to change. 🙂
For now, I think that you deserve to win a beer; they, only a muffin 😛Hello Tobias,
WP shows “Version 4” only, not 4.0
The theme is BeTheme, by Muffin Group. How to disable check version from TablePress (for a while) to try the use? Is it possible?
TIA.

PerroudHello Tobias,
Thank you for your answer.
Few minutes later (when I sent my message) I have tried to change to “TwentyFourteen” and… voilá.
All my tables with all css formatting working fine like a sugar!
When I try back to “main” theme, “crash” over again. I’m not using WP-Cache, nor another “wp cache alike”, all my plugins are up to date, but I checked the “tablepress options”. Now, I have 29 instead 24 (or 0), the version of, indeed, 1.5.1 instead 1.4 or 1.5… but the problem is not the TablePress, I guess and, unfortunately, I don’t know why it happens.Anyway, thank you very much for you support and your time.

PerroudHello Tobias,
I’m WP 4.0 user. Using 1.4.x and 1.5 TablePress, works fine. Anyway, after update to 1.5.1, I have the message “The installed version of WordPress is too old for the TablePress plugin! TablePress requires an up-to-date version!”
I have tried to:
– deactivate, reinstall TP plugin and activate over again
– reinstall WP 4.0
– deactivate all my others plugins
– roll back to 1.5
– roll back to 1.4
– change “tablepress options” field with number “24” to “0”
– replace all files permission (tablepress) to 0644, 0755 and 0777
– and… go to admin.php?page=tablepress => no permissions (wat?)Doesn’t work properly anymore. No
I was reading the forum with last 2 days (since update)TIA.
