OMG It worked.
So somehow when auto update happened, the URL got changed in the site settings, and I took a chance to see if it would fix the issue, and it did!
Thank you – if you hadn’t brought that up I probably would spent another week trying to find this issue!
Actually, I looked at the settings for the SiteURL for the site, and oddly, the SITEURL was just the .com, not the location extension, is that correct?

instead of

Or are they supposed to match? i think this changed somehow…

in looking at the code, it seems to be pulling a 19px wide attribute, but I cant see from where.
Any update on the shopping cart plugin? If its out, what is it called?
