Just realized I also have these issues.. any bookings (PAID, CONFIRMED, PAY LATER, PENDING) being made are not synced automatically (I have the publish pending selected too). I need to press the button to sync bookings to my calendar.
I am using Toronto timezone, but I also tried New York and got the same results
