Thanks for using the plugin. This plugin performs the search based on full-name, first-name, last-name, email and username only. Let me know if you are facing the issue based on these fields.
Or if you want to extend the search then provide me your server access, I’ll modify the plugin according to your need.

In reply to: [Extended Title Remover] Not working@augustinoi You are facing the issue with ‘Envo Magazine’ theme because they are using custom WP_Query instead of standard wordpress loop.
You can remove the title by modifying the widget classes.
