I am using wordpress 5.8 and quill form 1.4.1
I have not submitted phone number option after that I am able to save and publish the form.

Now one issue is coming that I am using chat plugin for whatsapp. When our page load it shows chat plugin logo and statement in background. So that I have choosen black background.
