Hi George,
Our Network administrator has investigated this and confirmed that there is no blockage of connection to CRM because of firewall or anything else. In-fact there are few external plugins we use (like Act-On etc.) and they connects to our CRM and sync data without any issues.
As I mentioned before that our CRM is on-premise Dynamics CRM 2016 with Version 8.2.8.15. Can you please confirm if your free version of WordPress plugin works with on-premise Dynamics CRM 2016 (Version 8.2)?- This reply was modified 5 years, 7 months ago by amitsinghal.
