  • Hey, thanks for reaching out, and sorry you’re facing this issue.

    I checked the site, and it looks like the sticky behavior may be coming from another plugin rather than the Extendable theme itself. That plugin seems to be making the header sticky and is causing it to shift down and overlap the page title.

    Could you try disabling the sticky header option/plugin and check again? I think that should resolve the overlap issue.

    As an alternative, you can also remove the sticky behavior by disabling that sticky header plugin/setting. If it still happens after that, please let us know and I can take another look.

    Hey, thanks for reaching out, and sorry you’re facing this issue.

    This is not a template problem. The View All button usually needs to be linked manually to your main blog page or to a specific category/archive page.

    Could you please check whether a Posts page is assigned on your site?

    You can do that by going to WP Admin → Settings → Reading and checking the Posts page setting. If no page is selected there, please create a new page, for example Blog, and assign it as the Posts page.

    After that, you’ll need to update the View All button link:

    • Go to the page where the View All button is shown
    • Click Edit Page
    • Select the View All button (it’s a Button block)
    • In the block settings, add the URL of your blog/posts page

    I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further help.

    Hey, thanks for reaching out. Could you confirm if the font size feels small across the whole site on mobile, or only in a specific area?

    The site uses auto-responsive font sizes, so they automatically increase and decrease depending on the screen size.

    @media (max-width: 768px) {

    :root {

    --wp--preset--font-size--xx-large: 42px !important;

    --wp--preset--font-size--x-large: 34px !important;

    --wp--preset--font-size--large: 24px !important;

    }

    h4, h5 {

    font-size: 22px !important;

    }

    }

    Hey, thanks for reaching out!

    Yes, you can replace those icons just like you would replace an image. Right now, they are SVG icons, but you can replace them with PNG.

    You can download new icons from sites like https://phosphoricons.com

    Steps:

    1. Download the icon you want (preferably as PNG in high resolution, around 96px or higher).
    2. Go to your post editor.
    3. Select the existing icon.
    4. Click on Replace.
    5. Upload your new icon from the Media Library and select it.

    Thanks

    Thanks for checking this out, and I’m sorry you’re experiencing this issue.

    Could you please share your website link so I can take a closer look and better understand what’s happening?

    In the meantime, it would really help if you could try some basic troubleshooting:

    • Please temporarily disable all plugins except WooCommerce
    • Then check if the issue still occurs when updating product stock

    This will help us determine if the issue is coming from a plugin conflict.

    Thanks

    Hey, thanks for reaching out — and sorry for the confusion.

    Previously, Theme used the default “Pages” template, but now new pages use the “Page with Title” template by default. However, you can still switch to a different template if you prefer.

    For example, on an older page using the default template:

    • Click on the current template name (e.g. “Pages”)
    • A menu will appear
    • Select “Change template” and choose the one you want

    Here’s a quick video showing how to do it:

    Hey, thanks for looking into this. This page has two Query blocks — one in the header and another for the remaining posts. If you expand the Group block (check inside the Group block), you’ll find the second Query block. Please make sure that the “Reload full page” option is enabled there as well.

    Hey, I noticed that your ….online/blog/ page is not using template its a page you need to edit this page find the Query Loop block and enable Reload full page option This should resolve the issue.

    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry you have to face the issue.

    This issue appears to be related to cookies plugin when pagination loads content dynamically, causing some styles to persist unexpectedly.

    This issue occurs because the blog pagination does not reload the full page. Instead, only part of the page content is updated when navigating to the next page. As a result, the page does not fully reset its styles and behavior, which can cause layout issues after clicking pagination links.How to resolve it

    You can fix this by forcing pagination to reload the entire page:

    1. Go to WP Admin → Appearance → Editor (Site Editor)
    2. Open Templates
    3. Edit the following templates (if available):
      • Archives
      • Blog Home
      • Index
    4. Select the Query Loop block
    5. In the right sidebar, scroll to Advanced
    6. Enable “Reload full page”
    7. Save the template(s)

    After enabling full page reload, pagination should work correctly without breaking the layout.

    Hey, thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re facing this issue.

    Could you please share a screenshot from the backend or your current configuration? Please go to Edit Page, select the Query Loop block, and share a screenshot of its block settings. That will help me better understand what might be causing the issue.

    I’m also attaching a screenshot for reference to show which configuration I’m referring to. https://share.cleanshot.com/JmQmfMxL

    Thanks for reaching out — and I’m really sorry you’re running into this. I completely understand how frustrating that can be.

    I’m not able to fully view your site because it’s showing a “Coming Soon” page on my end.

    Please try this:
    1. Go to Dashboard → Appearance → Editor
    2. Click Templates
    3. Open the template Product Catalog
    4. Inside that template add the Term Description block

    Here is a quick video showing how to add category description on the product catalog template.

    Please let me know if this resolves the issue. Also, could you let me know which template you are using to add the category description? That would help us understand why the issue is happening.

    Hey, thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you couldn’t find the option to customize the page title.

    In the Extendable theme, the page title is part of the page template, not a global Customizer setting. To customize it:
    1. Go to WP Admin → Appearance → Editor (Site Editor)
    2. Open Templates
    3. Find the template your page is using — in your case, it looks like “Page with Title”
    4. Edit the template and adjust the Page Title block styling as needed
    (just make sure not to delete the “Content” block)
    5. Save your changes

    I also noticed that your site uses different templates for different pages. If you want a consistent page-title style across all pages, I’d recommend applying the same template to all of them.

    To change a page’s template:
    • Edit the page
    • Open the right-hand sidebar
    • Under Template, select the one you prefer

    Here’s the reference for WordPress templates: https://wordpress.com/support/templates/

    Here is a quick video to learn where to go to edit page title style in the template: https://share.cleanshot.com/8Y5xCH6C

    Hey, thanks for reaching out.

    The featured image on the single blog post is currently set to take up the full available width.

    To reduce its size on the single post page, you’ll need to adjust the width of the Featured Image parent block:

    1. Go to wp-admin → Appearance → Site Editor.
    2. Open Templates and select the Single Post template.
    3. From the top-left, open the Document Overview / List View sidebar.
    4. Expand the blocks and locate the Featured Image block and its parent block (also labeled Featured Image).
    5. Select the parent block, then use the alignment (width) option in the top toolbar.
    6. Change it from Wide to None, or adjust it to your preferred width.

    I’m also sharing a screenshot here that shows exactly where you can adjust this setting:

    Hey, to change the featured image of a blog post, go to the Post Editor and open the right sidebar. You can find the sidebar toggle icon at the top-right corner—click on it, then go to the Post tab.

    There, you will see the current featured image. Hover over it, and you’ll see a Replace button. Click on it to replace the image.

    I’ve also added a screenshot with markings to show you exactly where to find this option.

    Here’s the screenshot:

    Hey, thanks for reaching out!

    I just checked on my mobile, and the galleries appear to be displaying correctly on my end. Could you please share a bit more detail about where exactly you’re seeing the issue? For example:

    • Which page or gallery is affected
    • What specific images aren’t appearing
    • And if possible, a screenshot or short screen recording

    That’ll help us pinpoint what’s going on and see if there’s a device-specific or configuration issue.
