Ok, thank you for your help with this, it’s very much appreciated.
Just in case the Make support people tell me that the theme can’t do what I want it to, how do I go about finding a different theme that will?

Thanks for the reply! I mean the image that appears at the top of the screen of every page. Just looking around in the WordPress Admin area at the way my site is currently set up, I think maybe it’s called the Header Background Image?
