@shawnogordo They were blocking those, but they suggested that I turn off Mod Security. It turns out that was it — within 10 minutes, iTunes validated the feed and I could resubmit.

Hi, did you get an answer/solution for this?

I’m having the same problem and there’s no issues on my hosting company end either.
