    Hi again,

We’ve installed an SSL certificate (which we needed to do anyway, so thanks for the reminder! 🙂

But the plug in still isn’t working. We’d really love to continue using it as it’s by far the best solution we’ve found – any ideas as to what we could try next?

    Thanks so much!

Hi, thanks so much for your reply. I didn’t get an email from you, so sorry if I didn’t reply.

I’ll try with the SSL and see if that makes a difference. I’ll let you know how we get on.

    Thanks again,
    Amy

Hi Tada, thanks for the reply. I will definitely back up the site before I delete it, in case we do need to restore it.

I have read a lot about people leaving files from the old website so that the new WordPress install doesn’t show up, you end up with a broken home page, so I want to make sure I delete the right files and keep anything I need so that the WordPress site shows up properly.

So i guess my question is, which files do I need to delete to completely get rid of the current website before I install WordPress?

If it helps, this is the site I’ll be working on… espressini.co.uk

    Thanks again!
    Amy
