Just installed and tried your plugin. Seems to be working fine, unfortunately, all text fields such as first name etc. are not visible except for the label. The only fields visible are e-mail and message. I tried to see if it has something to do with required or not, but it didn’t have an effect. I’m using elementor pro, version 5.7.2.

Thank you for your answer but unfortunately the </br> tags are not visible in the editor. That was the first thing I checked before contacting you. It looks as though during the rendering of the code in the browser there is additional code being added.Here is the link to the quiz:
