By the way, be careful, Google tag manager slows my websites, not sur eif it’s related to customizr.So I can confirm that using google fonts slow websites. Not only mine, friends also tested, and WEB SAFE FONTS allow to save precious seconds.

I have deleted all old orders and I have the minimum necessary plugins installed.
I checked WooCommerce > Status > Logs
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=logs
and search for the word FATAL (for fatal error) without any result, is there something else that I should search on the page ? it should be written FATAL ERROR somewhere ?I will remove all columns in order list and keep only the order number, then I will tell you if it crashes again.
I will read your link and include a status report in my next message.
