If I change something on the privacy policy page it asks me to “request consent again” which means, does it not, that anyone that then navigates to the site regardless of method (which browser, whether laptop, desktop or mobile) should get the pop-up, right?

But I have never had the pop up on my phone nor do I get it in other browsers (I use Opera). Neither do my “testers” (friends and family)

I am at my wit’s end as cannot get this to work but as I am not a coder I am struggling to work out what I am doing wrong?
