    Thanks for the answer.
    Sorry, I haven’t explained very well. Yes, I know that; but I would know if there is a way to make the labels of the extra fields, multilingual. As I can with the “HTML before form field” of the extra fields (using the form <!–:en–> Example <!–:–>)

    Sorry, I’ve forgot to write that the “form” is the contact form, and I use “Fast Secure Contact Form” plugin.
