My server is a dedicated one that runs centos.
All my other sites run perfectly. Just Wp since mysqp php httpd upgrades.I have re downloaded the package, created a fresh db, run the install, got as far as WP created my wp-config.php for me with no problems, then on to the install….and ‘cannot find server’ error page?

In reply to: Moved install, URL not workingDownload the database using phpmyadmin and do a search and replace for all instance of http://192.168.0.4 and replace them with http://192.168.0.4
Not sure if it will work but it has worked for me on several large WP installs when I have moved a blog to a different URL.
good luck

In reply to: Can not access /wp-admin/install.phpIm having a similiar issue.
I upgraded mysql, php and apache to very latest versions using custom yum packages and then my wordpress worked, but was missing lots of options under the ‘options’ tab, meaning I couldnt access sitemap creation or ping features.
I only had access to the SEo plugin, so I reinstalled from scratch as a test, and I have the same issue as you report in the install.
I get a 404 error when I try and reach the install page.
if I delete my db password out of wp-config.php I get the wordpress ‘cannot connect to db’ page so I have a feeling this is connected to the new encryption of passwords that mysql 5.?? usesI was going to reset the DB password as a first step
Link to possible fix Anyone have any other ideas
