Unfortunately the plugin is a scam operation! Support does not work, nor refunding of license money paid.
You are right! I have been trying to contact the company without any success. I have also asked to be refunded my Pro license, since not having support is a violation of the license agreement. I am afraid that this plugin is nowadays just a scam. Everyone should avoid it!
