    Hi @wpmudev-support1 I’m currently customizing a newsletter subscription pop-up for the home page at: http://www.apexcleaningco.com where I’d like a Name and Email form field and then the submit button.

    For some reason I already have the email form field by default, but when I try adding an additional field, the name field there in the customization panel, it won’t let me add it, how can I resolve this?

    @chemicloud I also have another question for another site that hasn’t been responded yet, maybe you know what I can do with this: imprentaprintt.com/services

    I’m building this site, and I’ve had no problem with building them and adding and editing content with the live editor.

    1) I tried duplicating a page and adding other content “services” but when i published that page I couldn’t see the live editor on my site to click and edit the content like I had before.

    2) Also, I forced the editing by going into “customize” and adding content to this new services page through there, but when I hit update/publish and I viewed the page, the content stayed the same and nothing I added was added.

    *Ideally I don’t want to have to do that, since the live editor should appear…

    What do you think this might be? I’d appreciate your help,

    Hi all, ignore my above comment, the last one posted, I’m able to access my ftp now, thank you.

    Hi all, thanks for your prompt responses. I wish I could access through the ftp, but the wordpress wp-admin dashboard password doesn’t work for some reason when I plug it in the ftp program.

    I wanted to reset the password in order to access the site through ftp and disable that plugin, though I can’t even access the: apexcleaningco.com/wp-admin log in page to reset the password, how can I reset it then to do all this?
