I deleted the file and it seems to be working now!
@nikist I don’t know what Mollie is. It appeared that I had a translation update for pt_PT, and after the update the backoffice and website stopped working and that error appears.

After I did that, I solved some of the issues, but I still couldn’t update. I took ModSecurity off, and it worked!
