In reply to: My website crashed after updating to version 5.5Hi,
It may have something to do with my security plug-in
I’m going to follow the steps that AITpro suggested and see if that solves the problem
Thanks!

In reply to: My website crashed after updating to version 5.5Hi Steven,
What I mean by “crashed” is this:
I attempted to upgrade WordPress normally and BOOM!!
Something failed with the upgrade, and now I can’t access neither the frontend or backend of my website
Something went wrong with the upgrading process, but no idea what.
I have tried to deactivate all themes and plug-ins (and security plug-ins) and this didn’t fix the problem
Nothing is logged in PHP or in WordPress, no errors reported.
My host pinpoints the problem to index.php
But they couldn’t figure out anything else
I have no idea what could have caused the problem
I’m thinking to restore a backup
But,
Assuming I do this,
When I try to update again:
The website could crashed one more time.
I don’t know what to do
Thanks!

In reply to: My website crashed after updating to version 5.5Hello,
I’ve already tried enabling WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG: True
There are no errors being logged in a debug.log file nor in a php error_log file.
I’ve also deactivated all themes and plug-ins, but this didn’t fix the problem
My host informed me that, previous to the upgrade, I was using PHP 7.2
They say that this upgrade needed PHP 7.3. Is this correct?
Could this maybe have something to do with the problem?
If so,
How can I fix this?
Please help!
Thanks a lot!
Hi ashar!
I resolved my problem by asking my host to reebot the server.
There were several updates from Cpanel standing by.
Maybe if you reebot the server in order to make sure all of your services are up to date, the problem could be resolved.
Also, ask your server if they can connect to whatever sending service you connect. This will rule out problems with them! Or contact your sending service and ask them if everything is working fine.
Hope this helps!!
I’m also having this issue π
It was working fine, but today I went in and try to send email and nothing! Same error!
Does anyone have a solution?
Could the new GDRP policy be the culprit?
Hello,
I’ll do it and see what happens…
Thanks for the suggestion!
No word from developers?
Not a good image for this plugin…
Well, I guess I have to go with TablePress…

Umm,
IΒ΄ve been out for the weekend. So I missed the latest posts.
Does Nichoman solution works?
Or is it a new version available that solves the problem?

In reply to: [Fast Velocity Minify] Thrive Leads editor does not loadDonΒ΄t waste your time with this company
Once your support period expires, they want to charge you to answer the most elementary questions. Even pre-sales questions.
I was interested in buying a second license, so I asked which wordpress plugin they supported besides MailPoet
Do you know what they say?
They refused to answer this question unless I pay them more money for their support
Unbelievable!
BUYER BEWARE!
THIS GUYS DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Thanks Bruna!
Yes, Thrivelads is not compatible with Mailpoet 3
And they don’t have a clue if they are going to fix this.
I think the support at Thriveleads is pretty bad, actually.
They want to charge me money to answer the most elemental questions.
Pretty bad customer support from Thrivethemes and Thriveleads team.
Perhaps I should start looking for another company that cares more for their customers.
Cheers!
