Wow @maxinacube! Thank you! I will give it a try soon, and I really appreciate this feature and the update!

My workaround for now is to add align-self-middle, etc. to each cell. I just think with the new flex grid implementation and the previous flex implementation, those row level utilities would be nice to access.
