I am having the same problems, with an update a couple of months ago. I originally rolled back visualizer, which got it working, however, recent updates to page builder (I suspect) have now prevented vizualizer working at all.

Using:
Site Origin Page Builder 2.5.2
Visualizer: Charts and Graphs Lite 2.0.4
However, Vizualizer works in normal page editor:
