Not sure whether I can to do any anything else here. I simply upgraded both plugins. After W3TC got updated and AdRotate stopped working, I checked its settings for W3TC compatibility as per manual but that did not help.
Thanks. Either way W3 Total Cache2.8.15 was released only 2 days ago.
no luck with making config to work. define(‘W3TC_DYNAMIC_SECURITY’,’xxxx’) was present already.
Anyway, I turned off W3 Total Caching compatibility for now and all the banners are back.
Thanks. I just proved that an upgrade to W3 Total Cache Version 2.8.15 “kills” it. I was sure I checked the manual right away and everything was in place . I did it again – all recommended settings are in place. I am puzzled tbh . AddRotate does not prompt for W3TC_DYNAMIC_SECURITY definition.

Just checked my prototype instance site and Add Rotate 5.13.7 is still displaying all the banners correctly there.
Sorry for the confusion, what I meant is that it literally displays
echo adrotate_group(4);
echo adrotate_group(9);
echo adrotate_group(8);
I am pretty sure I was only updating plugins and did not touch anything else.

I will try that. Disk space is not an issue. Plenty of RAM too.

There was a follow up on new ticket from support so thanks again for that.
You mentioned that your dev team is looking at another much older case I opened. Can you ask someone to provide an update on it ? I was told on 28-Oct that developers were are looking at it and that was almost 3 weeks ago.

I am sure that the fix your proposed is good and it is just me not applying it correctly thus asking for support team to have a look.
