Hi @equilator – Unfortunately not. Still investigating…
Hi Alex,
Please let me know once you’ve got an update for us. It’s really crucial to solve it ASAP as it damages our business due to the different pricing models we show between those 2 properties.
Thanks,
Andreas
4 days passed and still not a single reply. Any updates?
Hello Alex,
1) Greek is our default language. Here is a screenshot from the general tab.2) “If your English pages are showing a return tag of /el (Greek), there seems to be a discrepancy” Here is what I mean with that (screenshot).
I checked it with this tool TechnicalSEO.com.3) Actually, I cannot. The International Targeting report is deprecated (google).
– Regarding sitemap translation, I am a paid user, so I have access on the premium version you’re referring to I have the SEO Pack add-on enabled and I have translated the URLs/Strings for /en pages.
– Right now I use Rank Math WordPress SEO Plugin to auto create my sitemaps on Google Search Console and here I can see that has all the pages XML Sitemap (both greek and english). Is that a problem?
So, the issue still persists as I’ve done no further action since the last time I reported the incident. Please check the screenshots provided.
PS: Here is a screenshot of how the homepages looks like in SERPs for the Greek audience (english homepage with greek sitelinks)PS: I visited the advanced settings and saw that the option “Enable the hreflang x-default tag for language” is disabled. Should I change it to Greek? Will that help?
Thank you for your help.
I recently reached out to our server support team, and they informed me that, apart from the error ID, they also require the IP address of the potential customer facing the blacklisting issue to pinpoint the exact problem and identify any patterns that can be excluded as a rule.
Unfortunately, this poses a challenge for users who are falsely blocked and cannot access our website. They have no way to contact us directly to report the issue and allow us to forward their details to the server support team for further investigation. As a result, they might simply leave our website without seeking a solution.
I’d appreciate any advice or suggestions you might have on how to address this situation effectively.
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Advanced Ads – Ad Manager & AdSense] Ads don’t appear on Custom Post TypesHi Joachim,
The ads appear in normal posts and pages, but they disappear on the custom page types. That’s why I am asking for your help. It doesn’t make sense to me. I’d appreciate if you could inspect the given page and let me know if there is anything I could do.
Thanks,
AndreasThanks @luckynasan. Now it works fine. Thanks for the immediate answer. Have a good day.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] I don’t receive the leads in my emailGo to your cpanel and then to your email section. Check if your @yourdomain email is restricted. If yes, you need to change that by switching its “outgoing” function ON. Hope that helps…
