Thank you for the answer. It turned out that the template is overriding Woocommerce. Since the template doesn’t have Arabic translation, I couldn’t see that at first.

The cause was the ESI settings. I don’t know why, but when I’ve enabled ESI for the comments box, it disappeared.

have you checked the .htaccess file or modified it in anyway?
for me, it seems like internal server error caused by htaccess file
try to delete it or use empty one just to make sure
