Thanks for the response.

So currently, the only HTML listed on the page is for the form itself, there are no other tags. Any other suggestions?

Pardon the ignorance here, but it seems like I’m having the same problem.

I’m not quite clear on how to remove the PRE elements (I’m actually not sure what PRE elements are, heh). Would you mind providing a bit more detail on how to go about nixing them?
