the business hours setting is according universe time , not my local time. when i set my local time is open, then page show me the business are close. thanks

If I use short code to list featured ads, the order will be like: parts of Top ads(according settings numbers) => featured ads( show all featured ads)=> regular ads.
Is that right?
How about the ads order in home page?
