If its a addon to firefox, I don’t have thati checked my addons. java script is checked in firefox /options/content etc I have to tell you IE is my default browser but as I say I do swap around because I sometimes use a proxy, in IE 10 only…because I live in china…I noticed when clicking on PTE the browser seems to be trying to connect to facebook as there is a small button saying connecting to facebook at the bottom left of the monitor in firefox,as you know facebook will not work in china unless you have a proxy..For this test anyway I only tried your suggestions in firefox.. I actually did get PTE working (meaning I was able to see it) for a second and then I tried again, and didn’t work.Thanks for your help..

In reply to: [Post Thumbnail Editor] 3.5.4.2Hi Sorry my mistake,the number I must have got from somewhere else, the number should of been wordpress version 3.5.1…I tend to swap between 2 browsers firefox16 I think, and IE 10 either one doesn’t work…No I do not have woo commerce installed or enabled..Sorry but I am new to WordPress so I don’t know very much about it, but I did download it and activate thumbnail editor, and when in wordpress I click media/library see my pictures I uploaded, then with my mouse I hover over one of the pictures and I can see the links ” Edit, Delete permanently, view, thumbnails.” when clicking “thumbnails” presumably this activates “thumbnail editor”? I see word press pane on the left side as normal, with all the tabs e.g “dashboard,media, pages, comments etc but to the right of that only white space, but I noticed that at the top of the browser tabs I still have the IE favicon!!!! Should I have the WordPress “W” favicon??? Maybe it’s a webpage loading problem???

In reply to: [Post Thumbnail Editor] PTE images not loadingHi i am brand new to wordpress so forgive me if i seem an idiot at this…i have wordpress 3.51 i have installed post thumbnail editor and its active, have no idea if its been installed properly or not, when going into the media/library i see a few photos i have placed there….i then hover over one of the pictures and then click the one i want to edit,which is the link which says “Thumbnails” when i do that from that point i can see the internet icon at the top of my firefox browser trying to load the page again eventually it does, wordpress is there, but the screen is white like there is nothing there?? i mean where there was my 2 images, now nothing and i can see the webpage on the browser has finished?? at the moment i dont have any other pligins working , i had this thing called jetpack installed i have no idea whats that for yet but i deactivated it anyway and so thumbnail editor doesnt seem to work for me?? Please help..i can show you multi screen shots so you can see whats going on if you wish? or even upload a short video to show you if you like?? IF i knew where to upload them??
