I have similar problems and my provider can’t see any problem on their side. I think last update made some problems I can only find that my PHP version are old, but I’m not sure if this can curse this problem. I have test different email addresses and still not working for me.

I have the same problem, when users need to get a new password the system will just redirect and not possible to get in or change the password.
Please let me know how to fix this issue.
