The plugin is causing issues due to our theme using a newer version of bootstrap. When you look at the site on mobile, the menu doesn’t stay open on our site. When I disable the plugin – it starts working again. My development team member noted the conflicting versions of bootstrap.
None of these solved the issue.
After I ran the update to JetPack I had the issue in my original post.
I was able to resolve this issue by deactivating JetPack and then activating it.
I have tried accessing in incognito and clearing my cache.
It’s still blank.Other ideas?

I just located this. In the plugin, go to the modules tab. There will be a hyperlink for a .csv file under the WordPress section. You can download your redirects that way. Then upload into the live site.
