I just purchased a license for the pro version, would your support be able to troubleshoot if I open a ticket?

Ok thanks I guess I will contact stripe and see if they have an insight. Tried matching all settings to another site it’s working on so maybe it is a setting within stripe
Yes, I just shut it off if you would like to see now? I was testing their plugin but same issue. It’s very odd it only shows on desktop
Hey I’m facing this same issue again and can’t figure out what’s causing it. I’ve tried disabling all pluging and using storefront theme with no luck.
Appl/google pay load on desktop completely fine but on mobile neither appear on the item or checkout page.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Square] Credit card input fields missingYes it’s definitely square. I’ve tested every which way and it’s only their plugin. Stripe, paypal, autorize.net all work perfectly on the same wordpress install. Unfortunatly square doesn’t seem to care as you can tell from the poor reviews. I gave up and moved on from them.

I placed a test order today and used an incorrect cvc. It showed there was a card error after spinning for about 15 seconds and then when I went to add in the correct cvc before I completed inputting the order was completed.
I received 1 email saying payment failed and then another saying the order went through. This has happened to some customers and is very confusing for them.
I would really appreciate it if someone could look into this and get some answers. I’m tempted to switch all my sites back to stripe due to all the bugs in the square plugin and lack of support.
This is the lowest rated plugin I’ve ever used and now I can see why :/
