That’s it! After recalculating the subscribes the list numbers were updated as well.

Thanks for your reply.

In “MailPoet” > “Lists” it says that there are 11 subscribers:https://snipboard.io/BNvC9k.jpg

After clicking on “show subscribers” it says that for this specific list 38 “elements” were found. And all of them have the satus “subscribed”: https://snipboard.io/S0xRGo.jpg

@jdrivard Thank you so much for your reply and sorry for not getting back to you sooner! I just wasn’t notified or did not seen it.

We were in contact with MailPoet and asked them if they would be intereseted in a partnership to make the plugin working on Multisites. They’re not and the new version is still not compatible with multisites.

So what we do now is we will try out your new fix – thank you for sharing it! I will get back to you if it is working or not.

@jdrivard – You once helped us out so much with mentioning your fix. It was working perfectly.

We tried it with the newest version and unfortunately we’re facing an critical error on the backend/frontend screen after implementing the fixes.

Do you still happen to have a solution for this?

Hi @ianmjones,

we’re using Headway an Divi. To one customer (Theme Headway) it already happened twice.

Divi itself seems to have a big problem with pictures uploaded to Amazon S3 as they will not being displayed when activiating the visual builder. We already reportet this issue to the development team.

Hi @ianmjones,

Thanks for your response.

We were using version 1.1.6 and then 1.2 and after that 1.3.2.

Well propably yes as this should be the regular wordpress upload path…

Any ideas why this might happen? Did someone else reported that kind of issue in the past?

@jdrivard We’re also using a MS and having the same issues. Just wanted to try out your suggestion. A support member of MailPoet suggested your thread. It is still not solved yet.

Anyhow. Unfortunately we couldn’t find a file called WP.php – where about is it located? I would be really happy if you could provide the directory path.
