also, the wp-jason dir is the “/wp-content” you referred too? I rechecked and could not find any wp-jason dir.

Many thanks for your reply. I’m hosting my website on a Google Cloud server. All checks on that server configs have come back without any issues.
Could you kindly share more into how to locate these wp-jason dir since i could not find it in my code. A screenshot will suffice.
