is there a way to remove the black side bars?
Yeah the first video I had to change to that ratio so it would fit on 4:3
But the original file is 1080×1920 and when I upload the video I get black bars on the sides

I had to create a new video with white borders because I couldn’t make the black borders disappear. If you loo across all the videos on my portfolio that doesn’t have 4:3 or 16:9 ratio I had to add the white background and export again.
