Disabling and re-enabling the Cartflow plugin seems to have solved the problem.

i put back the previous version of the plugin, and now everything works. so there’s a problem with the latest version of the plugin.

ok it’s done. i have other sites with wordpress 6 and theme neve and it works when you deactivate the plugin and then reactivate it
