i also have the same problem, i can drag it on to the row, but nothing is showing at all i too am on WP 3.9
this is the header page i cant see it ahhhhh lol

i have just done that and its cleared something as the links work now, i just need to get that black bar off the top of the page now thank you so much esmi xx
