No JS error and there is no other plugin is installed. Nothing has changed since last 6 months. Popup video feature was working fine without any issue. Appreciate your help.

When I click any of my existing thumbnail of videos it will not popup a video player. Everything use to work but I am not sure why they are not working anymore. When I click on Overview page it says my FFMPEG : Not Installed. following code I am using.
