Hello,

Thank you for your response. But, I have issue when i have registered, so automatically wordpress had taken default user whichever had been selected “subscriber”, “Author” whatever…But i want to create single registration for student and instructor. When i register as instructor, after form submission automatically send the mail to admin for approval then, admin would be approve. Now, user registered as a Instructor. And if user register as a student, so he should get activation link his/her email and him activate the link then he would get registered.

I have seen your Conditional Logic form example on your demo doc- they have two users one is vendor and another is supplier and i wanted to create that type of form. so i just wanted to what condition i used on Radio button.

Hello,

Thank you for your response. But, I wanted to testing conditional logic registration form. I need to create single registration form for two users one is instructor and another is student. When user register as instructor, they should registered after admin approval and if user register as student so he should registered through activation link.
