Just choose this parser in the settings: “Simple Html Dom Parser (voku/simple_html_dom)”
I have the same problem! Other themes load fine in wordpress cutomizer, but in Astra, part of the left menu column appears and the main screen is empty. At the same time, the browser shows that the page has already been fully loaded.
