In reply to: [Page Builder by SiteOrigin] Pagebuilder Tab not showing on pageHello again Andrew, Thats great thanks. I contacted the hosting company and they doubled the memory and that appears to have resolved the issue which is a relief.
I assume that the instruction you have mentioned are effectively doing the same thing? If so then I can use this for a couple of other sites where there is a bit of an occasional issue.
Thanks again for your time and informative input. Really much appreciated. Happy New Year to you!

In reply to: [Page Builder by SiteOrigin] Pagebuilder Tab not showing on pageHello Andrew, Many thanks for engaging with this. There appears to be a Critical Error with the site when I try to access the revisions. I switched on the debugging and the attached image shows the error message which doesn’t clarify anything for me. Does it make any sense to you.

I have searched a bit for a possible reason for this happening and have noted that it can be down to the server RAM not being able to cope with the volume of data on a page. Any thoughts on that at all?

In reply to: [Photography Gridly] How to centre align the post to the pageThanks Cas, I reckon its maybe more to do with the theme and how it aligns the posts than the plugin which just places an element within the structure of the themes layout.
However I note that theres not been any topics relating to this theme here so maybe I should just contact the theme developer and see if they have any idea. I assumed it to be a css matter within the them but so far can’t see how to tweak this to achieve the centred posts.
Best wishes

In reply to: [Photography Gridly] How to centre align the post to the pageHello Cas, Thanks for taking the time.
I am not using the block editor but instead its the Classic editor using Siteorigin editor. I just insert the image to the post and have it centre aligned but the actual post wrapper is set to left align.
Thanks again.
Can you confirm that I should manually remove these blocks from the functions.php file?
I am having the same issue. Look forward to a resolution asap. Many thanks.
Hello again,
The hosting company reset the php and flushed the cache.
I have deactivated the caching plugin and tried to reactivate the Members plugin but its the same message:
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Any further help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Hello again and thanks for engaging with this.
“Please try clearing your PHP Opcache (or restarting PHP)” – Not sure I have access to do this? Is this a server side or wordpress operation?
“flushing any object cache (Redis/Memcached)” -Not sure about this? Where would I do that?
“and temporarily disabling caching/optimization plugins like WP Fastest Cache. ” – I had deactivated this plugin to see any difference but guess I would need to purge the above caches before trying it again.
Its only the Members plugin that there appears to be an issue with as the classic-editor loads and functions fine.
Hello again, did you have the chance to look at this further? Was curious when you stated “Because this line in the two plugins is empty.”
If there is anything I can do to assist then please let me know.
Hello again, I have nothing specific for the plugins though I do have WP fastest Cache installed and operational. The Members plugin was the last and most recent plugin I have installed as everything else had been functioning well for a few years prior to this.
If theres any other queries the please let me know as I am keen to make use of the Members plugin as its served my purpose well.
Hello Omar, Many thanks. Here is the error message detail:
Error Details
=============
An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 476 of the file /var/www/vhosts/doonfest.org/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/members/members.php. Error message: Cannot redeclare EC547d38a8E53e8A() (previously declared in /var/www/vhosts/doonfest.org/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/classic-editor/classic-editor.php:1034)Mark this as resolved! Found a reference to the offending old information on the Tickets page. Removed and resolved.
Thanks again for your support.
Hello again, Its been a while since I have been in touch and so far, after testing the setup, then most things appear to be functioning as they should. Its looking good except for the inclusion of some legacy information on the ticket that I can’t seem to get rid of. The block under the Friday in the linked image, is still visible. There must be a bit of code stuck somewhere! It doesn’t look good and its frustrating trying to work out how its appearing where it is. Is there a cache somewhere or a line of code somewhere in the setup where such a block could be generated from? The information contained in the block was deleted before I even made my original post here.

Would really appreciate any insights you may be able to offer on this. Many thanks.
Once more thanks for your speedy response and the explanation. I am almost there I think with things. I want to be sure that all functions smoothly before unleashing it in the public domain so will have to try another test.
I really appreciate your support once more. Totally invaluable. I shall read some more of the documentation which has been helpful also.
The event itself is over two evenings unseated, general admission with tickets for adults an 12-16 year olds so I am hoping that I have this all covered well enough with the existing setup.
Wow, such a speedy response! And so helpful. many thanks.
You were/are correct I had initially setup a couple of tickets under the ticket settings tab under the My Tickets tab on the left hand column in the Dashboard. I have removed them. It would be useful to be able to test the whole setup without me having to buy more tickets (Which I shall get refunded of course!) so until I do then I will assume that that part is resolved.
When I change to the ‘featured image’ on the page then the featured image appears on the page at a massive size even though it is a small 330 pixel square image. I shall have to see how it can be sized better on the page.
Thank you so much.
