It is working perfectly now. I added the text you sent to me in the main body of the plugin, and it is fixed.

Yes, WordPress.com is hosting my website and I use the Jetpack plugin to speed up images.

I tried to get this work replacing the path “/srv/htdocs/” for my site’s address but it doesn’t work, the website showed this message “The form has not been filled in correctly!” when I change the path.

I do not understand why it is happenning now. I had used the same settings during 3 years.

I tried custom the path with diferents points but it doesn’t work. Attached the form txt:
