    Thank you for your responses
    I went into ipage dashboard to get the ftp login info
    Then I used filezilla to make an ftp connection to my site
    I rename the jetpack plugin folder to disable jetpack.
    The debug info then showed the issue in ‘endurance’ file located under folder mu_plugin
    So I renamed the mu_plugin folder

    That fixed the problem for me.
    The wp-admin then opened correctly for me. Once logged into wp-admin, I deleted jetpack plugin
    I have also removed other plugins that I was not using

    I made an SFTP connection to rename the jetpack folder to something else in order to disable the plugin. The critical error still happened. The debug details showed the issue was now happening in mu_plugins/endurance
    so I renamed the mu_plugins folder to something else.

    This resolved the issue for me. I was able to login to the wordpress site. I have renamed the jetpack back to what it was. I have not activated the jetpack plugin though.

    Thank you James for quick response. I am able to FTP into the site and enabled debugging.

    This is the error message that I am getting on the wp-login page. Seems like I need to enable ctype_digit(). I am not sure how to do that. I have set the pHP version to 7.4
