The addons are added to the order, you can see it by placing an order, but the price is not added on the order page.
I have tried, as you tell me, to disable the ajax add to cart, but it works the same, the price of the extras is not added.
There must be some other problem.

I’ve been looking at the plugin you recommend, among others. But they lack the functionality of being able to print the image that is created. I have asked Studiowombat but they have told me that this functionality would require custom programming, and the cost of that programming is too expensive. So we are not going to do it.
